Use and processing of personal data

Data is processed in order to provide information about products, services, and activities and to issue press releases. Likewise, the data submitted by job applicants will be processed in order to manage our personnel recruitment processes. When you fill in our forms and send them to us, this means that you have been informed about and, in the event, give your consent to the AITZKOATE S.A.L. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The use of this Website, will be governed by Spanish legislation.
Interested parties will submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the City of Beasain (Gipuzkoa) for the resolution of all disputes or questions relating to this site or to activities carried out on it, expressly waiving any other venue to which they might be entitled.
